HBA Conference – New points in Law on Land 2024

On the morning of 27 March 2024, ATIM LAW FIRM was honored to be invited to attend the Conference to disseminate new legal regulations in 2024 organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Export Processing and Industrial Zones Authority (“HEPZA”) in collaboration with Hepza Businesses Association (“HBA”).

At the Conference, our Managing Partner ATIM LAW FIRM, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Huynh presented the new points of the Law No. 31/2024/QH14 (“Law on Land 2024”) approved by the 15^th extraordinary session of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Congress on 18 January 2024.

During the presentation, our Managing Partner, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Huynh provided important new points of the Law on Land 2024 related to industrial zones, which may affect the rights and obligations of enterprises investing in industrial zone infrastructure development, enterprises renting land in industrial zones and employees.

The enactment of the Law on Land 2024 marks a significant stride in creating a fair and transparent business landscape, while also serving as a catalyst for advancing economic development towards prosperity and competitiveness. A thorough understanding of the new features of this law will be the key to helping businesses and investors operate effectively and successfully in an increasingly complex business environment.
