On July 23, 2024, the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) issued Decision No. 1945/QD-BCT on the initiation of the final review of the application of anti-dumping measures on certain plastic products made from polypropylene polymers originating from Malaysia, the Kingdom of Thailand and the People’s Republic of China (Case No.: ER01.AD07).

In order to ensure a comprehensive and objective assessment of all relevant aspects of the case, on April 18, 2025, MOIT issued Decision No. 1068/QD-BCT to extend the time-limit for the final review of case ER01.AD07 by an additional three months. Accordingly, the time-limit for the conclusion of the investigation has been extended to July 23, 2025.
