• Act as a principal lawyer in reviewing the EPC Turn Key Contract of Quang Ninh Thermo Power Plant with contract value of 419 millions US Dollar (2017).
• Act as a principal lawyer in the MOT-CS-10 contract granted by the Vietnam Ministry of Transportation to review and give proposed action to investor on the ongoing Private Public Partnership projects in transportation including 4 BT projects and 51 BOT projects. (2015)
• Represent the investor in negotiation with creditors, contractors in the design and consultancy work contract of Metro line Number 2 of Ho Chi Minh City. (2012)
• Represent client in a township development with total investment capital of USD 350 million in the South of Saigon. (2008-2016)
