Notification of receiving applications for exemption in March, 2025

On March 15, 2025, the Trade Remedies Authority of Vietnam (TRAV) issued a notification regarding the receipt of exemption applications from companies that meet the conditions for exemption from the application of trade remedies in specific cases: AD03; AD12; AD04; AD05; AD07; AD08; AD09; AD10; AD13 – AS01; AC02.AD13 – AS01; AD14; AD15; AD16; AD17; AD18; AD20; SG04, and AC01.SG04.

TRAV requests companies meeting the exemption conditions to submit their exemption applications for trade remedies from March 15 to April 14, 2025, through the following methods:

1.  Submit via the online public service portal at: https://dichvucong.moit.gov.vn; or

2. Submit directly to the TRAV.

Note: If a company has already been granted an exemption for 2025 and is about to exhaust the allocated exemption volume, it may submit an additional exemption application at any time during 2025, in accordance with the regulations.
